Ukrainian Christmas Eve Dinner

Pre-dinner playtime with all the other kids - and raisins from Karen!

The spread!!!
Counterclockwise starting from top left - tilapia (both baked and fried), mushroom gravy made by Mike, potato and cheese perogies, kutia, pickled herring, olives, pickles, coleslaw made by Christie, lazy cabbage rolls, mashed white beans, smoked salmon and kolach. Borscht was in the slow cooker way to the left.

A close-up of the star - perogies! Can you believe there are only three perogies leftover???

The kids dug in - luckily I had emergency mini-bagels, PB and jam on hand for some of them :)
Supper couldn't have been any better. Everything tasted so good and I think everybody went outside their comfort zone and tried something new today. Felt like a real family dinner xo
