Savasana

This is my favorite picture from the retreat so far... some of us are in a resting pose "savasana". I love how we are in a circle - of friendship, of life, of love. This is where we had three of our yoga practices, on a beautiful open-air platform, with the rainforest right there, and the sound of the Rio Canjegral in the background. One afternoon, it poured rain while we practiced. We were covered, but the sound and feel of the rain in the air was amazing.
