Staycation

When Richard and I celebrated my birthday with a hotel stay in Cayman, AK was quite jealous and wanted to come along.  Knowing how much she wanted to stay in a hotel herself, I jumped on a chance to book a room at the Marriott for a ridiculously low price one weekend.  It was just a one-night getaway but we enjoyed every second of it!  Highlights included pool time, beach time, watching cartoons in bed, eating pizza in bed, and just being together!

Snacking on mini Ritz cheese crackers.  AK eats these like most people eat Oreo cookies - she takes the two sides apart and eats the cheese first.  Odd, non?
